Free school holiday activities
Wellsford Library
These school holidays, Wellsford Library invites tamariki to explore “Imagination Island,” a programme of free, hands-on activities running from Monday 28 September to Friday 9 October. Kids can add their own drawings to the library’s Imagination Island and take on the Escape the Library challenge to win a prize. There’s also a drop-in “What the Tech?!” session with Codey Rocky robots, Nintendo Switch and VR headsets for over-10s, plus badge making and LEGO Club. Later in the break come clay and cardboard creations, and a recycling game with the Mahurangi Wastebusters team.
Please contact the library for more information.
