Parkour in the Park – with Flow Academy of Motion & Out and About Auckland.
We’re excited to bring parkour out of the gym and into the community, making movement accessible, fun, and inclusive for everyone. Flow Academy of Motion, proudly supported by Rodney Local Board – Out and About, invites you to join us for Parkour in the Park!
These sessions will focus on the foundational elements of parkour and movement, delivered through an engaging obstacle course style workshop. Children will have the opportunity to explore jumping, balancing, rolling, climbing and creative movement using portable obstacles and parkour-based activities — perfect for first-timers and confident movers alike.
The workshop is designed to build confidence, coordination, and strength in a fun, supportive environment. Experienced Flow coaches will guide participants throughout the session.
Parents and caregivers of younger children are encouraged to assist their child as they move through the activities, while older children are welcome to explore independently at their own pace.
This is a free, family-friendly community event, suitable for all ages and abilities — no prior experience required.
If you have trouble finding the activation or have any general enquiries, please contact Flow Academy of Motion via Facebook or Instagram.
This is a smoke-free and alcohol-free event. Please remember to be kind, respectful, and supportive of others so everyone can enjoy the experience
