This is a 2-session course held over two days, combining fun aerial movement, breathwork and relaxation to build confidence and support stress management in a small, supportive group.

Please choose one session time and attend that same time on both days:

No experience needed. Spaces are limited, we keep the group small and supportive.

Thanks to this support, the sessions are heavily subsidised, with participants paying just $10 per session ($20 total)
