This is not a class, and you don’t need any experience.
Our weekly Midweek Meditation is designed especially for ordinary people with busy lives — people who feel mentally tired, stressed, or just need a reset.
You’ll gently relax the body with qigong/easy yoga, learn easy breathing techniques to quiet the mind, and then experience deep calm through guided sound meditation (kirtan). Many people say how it helps them experience peace.
Come as you are, no experience needed.
Afterwards we share a simple plant-based meal and good company.
